Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Power Systems, or a related field; MBA/PGDM in Power Management, Energy, or a related discipline preferred

Experience: 3 to 5 years, preferably with a power exchange, Generator, power trading company, DISCOM, or open-access consumer.

Role Overview

As part of the Market Operations team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of bilateral and OTC power transactions on the GNA Energy platform – from deal registration and scheduling through to settlement and reconciliation. The role involves close coordination with buyers, sellers, and regulatory/grid agencies to ensure smooth, compliant, and timely execution of trades, along with continuous improvement of operational processes and platform functionality.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Oversight and Trade Execution:
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of bilateral and OTC power transactions executed on the platform – deal registration, confirmation, scheduling, and closure.
Facilitate matching and confirmation of buy/sell offers between market participants as per contract terms.
