About The Role

We are looking for a Media Buyer – GAM Arbitrage with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Google Ad Manager (GAM) arbitrage / traffic arbitrage.

The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in Meta Ads, experience managing high-volume ad spends, and a proven ability to acquire and scale profitable traffic across multiple GEOs while maintaining healthy margins.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch, manage, and optimize traffic acquisition campaigns primarily through Meta Ads for GAM arbitrage.
Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining target ROI and profit margins.
Manage and optimize significant monthly advertising budgets.
Monitor publisher revenue, traffic quality, RPM, CPC, CTR, ROAS, and overall campaign profitability.
Analyze campaign and publisher performance to identify opportunities for optimization and scaling.
Test and optimize audiences, creatives, placements, campaign structures, and bidding strategies.
Identify high-performing GEOs and scale campaigns accordingly.
Continuously experiment with new traffic sources, campaign strategies,



and optimization techniques.
Work closely with the Creative Team to develop and improve ad creatives for better campaign performance.
Track market trends and competitor strategies to identify new opportunities in traffic arbitrage.

Requirements

1–2 years of relevant experience in GAM arbitrage, traffic arbitrage, or a similar performance marketing role.
Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager for traffic acquisition.
Experience managing $100,000+ monthly ad spend.
Strong understanding of Traffic Arbitrage, RPM, CPC, CTR, ROAS, ROI, and yield optimization.
Proven experience scaling profitable campaigns across multiple GEOs.
Strong analytical and data-driven approach to campaign optimization.
Ability to make quick, performance-based decisions and troubleshoot campaign issues.

Preferred Skills

Hands-on experience with Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Taboola.
Basic knowledge of Canva for creative
