Workforce Mobilization

- Develop and maintain a network of labour suppliers, contractors, and manpower agencies across India.

- Ensure timely mobilization of fitters, technicians, supervisors, operators, and helpers as per project requirements.

- Conduct field visits to various states for identification and onboarding of recent labour sources.

- Maintain manpower databases and deployment records.

- Coordinate manpower movement, joining schedules, and replacements.

Vendor & Labour Supplier Management

- Act as the primary point of contact for labour suppliers

- Negotiate deployment schedules and coordinate mobilization plans.

- Monitor supplier performance and manpower availability.

- Resolve manpower-related issues to avoid project delays.

Site Operations Support

- Coordinate with Project Managers and Site In-Charges regarding manpower requirements.

- Monitor workforce deployment and utilization at project sites.

- Support execution teams in achieving project schedules.





- Visit project sites regularly and provide operational support.

Stringing Activity Coordination

- Assist site teams in planning and execution of transmission line stringing activities.

- Monitor resource availability for stringing operations.

- Coordinate between site teams, suppliers, and management for smooth execution.

- Support implementation of safety and quality requirements during field operations.

Administration & Coordination

- Coordinate with HR, Administration, and Logistics departments for workforce mobilization.

- Maintain records related to manpower deployment, attendance, and site requirements.

- Prepare periodic reports on manpower status and mobilization progress.

- Support management in resolving project-related coordination issues.
