We are looking for a strategic and articulate Communications Manager to develop and manage internal and external communication strategies that strengthen brand reputation, employee engagement, and stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities:


- Develop and execute internal and external communication strategies aligned with business goals

- Manage corporate messaging, brand voice, and communication guidelines

- Handle media relations, press releases, and public relations activities

- Oversee internal communications, employee updates, and leadership messaging

- Coordinate with marketing, HR, and leadership teams on communication initiatives

- Manage crisis communication and reputation management efforts

- Measure and analyze communication effectiveness and engagement


Requirements




- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field

- 5–10 years of experience in communications, PR, or corporate communications roles

- Robust writing, editing, and storytelling abilities

- Experience in media relations, stakeholder communication, and brand messaging

- Excellent strategic thinking and cross -functional collaboration skills

- Ability to manage multiple communication initiatives simultaneously
