About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic MBA graduates to join our Client Servicing
team. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between clients and internal
teams, ensuring smooth communication, timely execution of campaigns, and
exceptional client satisfaction. This role offers an excellent opportunity to
build a career in Digital Marketing, Advertising, and Client Relationship
Management.

ROLES
RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Support
day -to -day client communication and relationship management.

- Understand client requirements and
coordinate with internal teams for timely campaign execution.

- Assist in planning, tracking, and




reporting digital marketing campaigns.

- Prepare client reports,
presentations, and performance updates.

- Resolve client queries and ensure a
positive client experience.

- Maintain campaign records and project
documentation.

- Stay updated on digital marketing and advertising
trends.

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Excellent
verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong
presentation and interpersonal skills.

- Basic
knowledge of digital marketing and advertising.

- Good
analytical and problem -solving abilities.

- Proficiency
in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.

- Ability




to multitask and work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Eagerness
to learn and adapt in a rapid -paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS
AND SKILLS:

- Looking for
freshers in the field in Client Servicing.

- Educational
Qualification MBA in Marketing / Advertisement.

- Hands on
experience in Client Servicing in industry.

- Excellent
communication & presentation skills.
