We are looking for a energetic and detail -oriented Chartered Accountant (Fresher to 2 Years of Experience) to join our Finance team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands -on exposure in financial reporting, taxation, compliance, audit coordination, and financial analysis. If you are passionate about finance, compliance, and continuous learning, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation and finalization of financial statements
- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and statutory regulations
- Handling GST, TDS, and Income Tax filings and related reconciliations
- Coordinating and supporting internal and statutory audits
- Managing statutory compliance and documentation
- Preparing MIS reports and assisting in financial analysis
- Conducting ledger scrutiny, reconciliations, and variance analysis
Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Fresher or up to 2 years of experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance
- Good analytical, problem -solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software/tools
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
