We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant to support and manage accounting and financial reporting services for domestic and international clients. The role involves handling end -to -end accounting processes, ensuring compliance with US GAAP, coordinating with internal teams, and delivering accurate financial reports within timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support accounting and financial reporting engagements
- Prepare and review financial statements and management reports as per US GAAP
- Ensure accurate maintenance of general ledger, reconciliations, and month -end close activities
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and banking transactions
- Review journal entries, expense reports, and supporting documentation
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to resolve accounting queries and discrepancies
- Support month -end and year -end closing processes and financial reporting
- Assist in audit support by preparing schedules and ensuring availability of documentation
- Monitor timelines and ensure timely delivery of client deliverables
- Contribute to process improvements and implementation of best practices
- Assist in developing and implementing accounting policies and procedures
Requirements
- Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Experience:
3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting or professional services
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Exposure to US GAAP or working with international clients is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, or similar tools
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem -solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
- Good verbal and written communication skills

- Experience in supporting audits
- Exposure to management reporting and financial analysis
- Experience in reviewing junior team members’ work
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems
