Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Executive role based in Bengaluru. The Sales Executive will engage prospective patients, partners, and referral sources to promote rehabilitation and wellness services, both in person and via phone and digital channels. Responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting consultations to understand client needs, presenting suitable service offerings,



and guiding individuals through the enrollment and onboarding process. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with hospitals, clinics, corporates, and community organizations, as well as tracking sales performance and reporting key metrics. The Sales Executive will collaborate closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a seamless experience for patients and promote consistent brand messaging.
Qualifications
Strong skills in consultative selling, lead generation, and relationship management, with the ability to convert inquiries into committed clients.
Ability to communicate complex rehabilitation and wellness concepts clearly, with excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
Experience in healthcare, physiotherapy, wellness, or related service-based industries is highly beneficial.
