Role Description The Business Development Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Udaipur. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including lead generation through various channels and market research. The Business Development Executive will build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, and key accounts to achieve sales and growth targets. Daily responsibilities include conducting client meetings,



presenting product information, negotiating terms, and managing follow-ups to convert leads into long-term business. The role also includes maintaining accurate records of activities, preparing reports, collaborating with internal teams, and representing the company at local events or industry forums.
Qualifications
Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to expand the customer base and open current markets.
Solid understanding of Business and Account Management to maintain relationships and drive sustainable revenue.
Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident client interaction.
Proven experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales or business development is highly beneficial.
