About The Role
Growth at Revolut is where strategy, data, and creativity come together. The team drives expansion by launching in new markets, accelerating acquisition, and boosting engagement and retention.
They turn insights into action, working across teams and channels to scale what works and experiment with what’s next.
We're looking for a Head of Customer Marketing to lead the development of our marketing automation strategy. You'll create targeted content, set up and execute campaigns, and measure the demand generation strategy for Revolut Business to drive current customer acquisition, expansion opportunities, and pipeline generation.

What You'll Be Doing
Leading marketing activity for Revolut in India, overseeing growth, product marketing, social media, and other marketing activities
Driving marketing targets across the full customer lifecycle, including sign-ups, activation, engagement, and cross-sell
Developing and executing growth and go-to-market strategies to scale our presence in the region
Partnering closely with Product, Growth, Social Media
