Role Description The Service Technician role at Gurudev Motors – Skoda Cars Workshop, Guindy is a full time, on-site position based in Chennai. The technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repair work on Skoda vehicles, following manufacturer guidelines and workshop standards.



Daily activities include inspecting vehicles, identifying mechanical and electrical issues, carrying out repairs, and documenting work performed in service records. The role involves collaborating with service advisors, ensuring timely completion of jobs, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work bay. Service Technicians also interact with customers as needed to explain work completed and support a high level of service quality and satisfaction.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Maintenance & Repair skills, including scheduled servicing and mechanical/electrical repair of passenger vehicles.
Candidates should possess effective Troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for identifying faults using tools, equipment, and technical manuals.
