We are currently seeking an experienced skilled to join our team in the role of Assistant Vice President – Performance and Reward Consulting (Global)
Purpose of the role:
Working with the Heads of Performance and Reward and Partners in supporting the delivery of the performance and reward strategic priorities and managing the overall performance and reward agenda for their client groups to enable business performance.



Provided expertise and strategic guidance on reward, performance management, executive compensation, deferred reward, global mobility, employee benefits and wellbeing to support the Bank’s strategic objectives and local business priorities.
In this role, you will:
Provide guidance, constructive challenge and technical knowledge on the full spectrum of performance and reward matters.
Interpret and advise on performance and reward policies and provide expert guidance on all elements of performance and reward.
Where necessary, liaise with specialist colleagues to seek input on complex matters involving benefits, executive compensation, global mobility, deferred reward and wellbeing.
Support the annual performance and pay review for the relevant client group.
Work with performance and reward colleagues to ensure the successful implementation of performance and reward initiatives, processes and products in line with business objectives
