Role Summary
We are hiring a detail-oriented Transport Operations Associate to join our Gurgaon-based operations team. The candidate will manage daily routing, live operations,



and vendor coordination for employee transport (Home-to-Office and Office-to-Home) involving 1,200–1,500 trips per month. The role demands real-time decision-making, proactive communication, and robust process management across all transport touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily end-to-end employee transport routing using tools like Safetrax or MoveInSync.
Manage allocation, rescheduling, and modification of over 1500 cab routes monthly.
Coordinate with drivers and employees to ensure timely, safe pickups and drops.
Maintain real-time dashboards, route logs, checklists, approvals, and activity reports.
Respond to employee queries via professional email and telephonic support.
Ensure daily compliance with safety, punctuality, and hygiene standards.
Manage onboarding, documentation, and behaviour monitoring of drivers.
Prepare and update Excel-based reports on fleet performance, escalations, and adherence.
Escalate and resolve any routing or servic
