Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Chennai. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue current business opportunities,



build and manage relationships with industrial clients and partners, and expand Blackgold’s recycling and resource recovery solutions into new markets. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, preparing proposals and commercial presentations, negotiating contracts, and managing the end-to-end business development pipeline. The role also involves collaborating with operations and technical teams to align customer requirements with service capabilities, monitoring market trends in recycling and sustainability, and reporting on performance metrics and revenue growth. The Business Development Manager will represent Black Gold at industry events, support strategic partnerships, and contribute to long-term business planning.
