Role Description The Direct Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, focused on driving insurance sales and building robust client relationships. Responsibilities include identifying prospective customers, presenting suitable insurance products, and explaining policy features, benefits, and terms in a clear and professional manner.



The role involves managing the end-to-end sales process, from initial outreach and needs assessment to closing sales and supporting clients with documentation and policy servicing. The Direct Sales Specialist will work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience, follow up on leads, meet or exceed sales targets, and participate in training and development activities to stay current with insurance products and regulatory guidelines. Daily duties also include maintaining accurate records in CRM systems and providing feedback on market trends and customer needs.
