Job Description
Cleaning and Sanitizing:
Dusting and Vacuuming: Dust surfaces, vacuum carpets, and clean floors.
Bed Making: Change bed linens, make beds, and ensure they are neatly arranged.
Bathroom Cleaning: Clean and disinfect toilets, sinks, showers, and tubs; replenish toiletries and towels.
Surface Cleaning: Wipe down furniture, mirrors, and other surfaces.
Restocking Supplies:
Toiletries: Replenish items such as soap, shampoo, and toilet paper.
Bedding and Towels: Ensure adequate supply of clean linens and towels.
Room Maintenance:
Report Issues: Identify and report any maintenance issues or damages in the room to the supervisor or maintenance department.
Lost and Found: Handle any items left behind by guests according to the hotel's lost and found procedures.
