About the Role
We are looking for a energetic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive banquet, meeting room, boardroom, and event space sales for hotels across the US market. The ideal candidate should have experience in hospitality sales, B2B business development, or corporate event sales with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
This role involves identifying corporate clients, generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and maximizing revenue through banquet and meeting space bookings.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities for banquet halls, boardrooms, conference rooms, and meeting spaces.
Develop relationships with corporate clients, travel planners, event organizers, and businesses across the US.
Conduct outbound sales activities through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.




Promote hotel banquet facilities for corporate meetings, conferences, seminars, training sessions, weddings, and special events.
Prepare and present customized proposals, pricing, and event packages.
Negotiate contracts and close sales while maintaining profitability.
Coordinate with hotel operations, catering, and event management teams to ensure seamless execution.
Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently achieve monthly revenue targets.
Build long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Track sales activities, client interactions, and revenue forecasts using CRM systems.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Hotel Sales, Banquet Sales, Corporate Sales, Hospitality B
