New Point S Next Generation Campus Targets EV-Era Skills and Succession.

Point S International has launched the inaugural Point S Next Generation Campus in Provence, France (1–5 September). The four-day programme brings together 80 participants from 10 European countries—students, rising managers and newly appointed leaders from family-owned Point S member companies. The goal is to equip third-generation successors with practical leadership, technology and service skills for an automotive aftermarket reshaped by electrification, diagnostics and shifting customer expectations.

What the Campus Covers

Management training focused on establishing legitimacy in family businesses and developing individual leadership styles.
Personal development modules to help participants move from contributor to decision-maker.
Expert briefings from vehicle manufacturers on the next decade of automotive technology,



informing workshop skills planning for EV and connected vehicles.
