We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who is passionate about building long-term customer relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
As the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, you will own the complete post-sales customer journey- from onboarding and implementation to product adoption, account management, and customer retention. You will work closely with customers to understand their business needs, ensure they derive maximum value from our platform, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
This role requires a proactive, customer-first mindset, excellent stakeholder management skills,
and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced SaaS workplace.
Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end customer lifecycle for assigned accounts.
Lead customer onboarding and ensure a smooth implementation experience.
Configure product settings and support platform integrations based on customer requirements.
Conduct onboarding sessions, product demonstrations, and training for customer stakeholders.
Drive product adoption by helping customers leverage platform features and best practices.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as their trusted advisor.
Understand customer business objectives and recommend solutions that maximize product value.
Monitor customer health, usage trends, and engagement to proactively address risks and identify opportunities.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience.
