Responsibilities
Lead the planning and implementation of project initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise.
Facilitate communication among team members, stakeholders, and senior management to ensure transparency and alignment.
Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders on project milestones and deliverables.
Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.
Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members in project management processes.
