Must-Have:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.
Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), UI policies, and business rules.
Hands-on experience in creating ServiceNow workflows, UI actions, and notifications.
Experience with ServiceNow integration using REST/SOAP APIs, LDAP, SSO, and other integration tools.
Familiarity with ServiceNow CMDB and Discovery tools.
Good understanding of Agile methodologies and ITIL processes.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) preferred.




Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Valuable to have:
Experience with ServiceNow Service Portal development and UI customization.
Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks like AngularJS, React, or Vue.js is a plus.
Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and other modules as required.
Design and implement workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations.
Create and maintain ServiceNow reports, dashboards, and performance analytics.
Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and other integration methods.
Work on ServiceNow development activities such as scripting, UI/UX enhancements, and data imports.
Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure high-quality code delivery.
