Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple programs and projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with business goals.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups,
sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders and adjusting plans as necessary.
Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project success.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team, encouraging innovative solutions and best practices.
Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members in Agile practices and project management methodologies.
