This internship offers hands-on exposure to the complete recruitment lifecycle in a fast-growing FinTech startup. You will work closely with the HR team to identify, attract,



and engage top talent while contributing to campus hiring initiatives and building relationships with leading educational institutions.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial HR screening and telephonic interviews.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Draft and publish job postings across various recruitment platforms.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and interview schedules.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and recruitment priorities.
Connect with Placement Officers and Career Services teams of reputed colleges and universities to build relationships for internship and campus hiring opportunities.
