While Aanra is a fresh name in modern fashion, our roots run incredibly deep. Aanra is curated in partnership with Amrapali, a name that has defined fine jewelry craftsmanship for over 40 years. For more than three decades, Amrapali’s master artisans have designed breathtaking, custom handmade jewellery for global celebrities, royalty, and the world’s most exclusive red carpets.

About the Role

Own and scale our paid social strategy across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest. Drive full-funnel performance — from awareness to conversion — for a brand where trust and craftsmanship matter.

Own all paid and brand marketing execution for Aanra — the single decision-maker on what campaigns run, what promotions we offer and how the brand shows up consistently everywhere.



You take ownership of the brand guidelines from our brand identity agency post-handover and are the guardian of brand consistency across every channel, including future influencer content.

Key Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end performance marketing strategy and execution across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest, including campaign planning, audience targeting, media buying, optimization, reporting and scaling initiatives for the US market.
Manage and optimize significant monthly advertising budgets with a solid focus on maximizing ROAS, profitability, customer acquisition and sustainable revenue growth.
Collaborate closely with creative, design and content teams to develop compelling, high-converting ad creatives, videos translating performance insights into winning creative strategies.
Drive a data-led testing and optimization framework across creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and campaign formats, leveraging performance insights to improve conversion r
