What You'll Do:
Lead and manage large-scale Data & Analytics programs across Clinical Research and Life Sciences domains.
Oversee successful execution of fixed-price, T&M;, and managed services engagements.
Ensure delivery excellence through governance, risk management, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.
Drive program execution from initiation through successful milestone and project closure.
Monitor SLAs, KPIs, quality metrics, project health, and customer commitments.
Establish best practices and delivery frameworks to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with organizational processes, standards, and quality guidelines.
Build and strengthen executive-level relationships with key customer stakeholders.
Support sales and account growth strategies by identifying new business opportunities.
Establish governance mechanisms to proactively monitor customer expectations.
Conduct regular business reviews and executive governance meetings with customers.
Drive customer satisfaction initiatives and achieve high CSAT scores.
Manage customer escalations and ensure timely issue resolution.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on data-driven transformation initiatives.
