Job Title: SAP TM Functional Consultant

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) Functional Consultant with 6 to 12 years of overall IT and SAP experience. The ideal candidate should possess solid expertise in SAP TM implementations, support, and enhancements, with a solid understanding of transportation planning, execution, freight management, and logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to transportation and logistics processes.
Design, configure, and support SAP TM solutions including:
Freight Order Management
Transportation Planning & Optimization
Carrier Selection & Tendering
Freight Settlement
Charge Management
Transportation Execution
Configure SAP TM master data, planning profiles, freight units, freight orders, and settlement processes.
Work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams during implementation and support activities.




Perform system testing, defect resolution, and user training.
Support integration with SAP S/4HANA, EWM, MM, SD, and external carrier systems.
Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with development teams for RICEFW objects.
Provide production support and participate in continuous process improvement initiatives.

Required Skills
6 to 12 years of overall SAP experience with at least 4+ years of hands-on SAP TM experience.
Strong knowledge of SAP TM Functional Configuration and Business Processes.
Experience in at least one end-to-end SAP TM implementation project.
Good understanding of logistics, transportation, and supply chain processes.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA Embedded TM preferred.
Knowledge of integration with EWM, SD, MM, and GTS is an advantage.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's / Masters degree in Engine
