Role Description
We are looking for a Business Development Associate / Business Development Assistant – Fresher / 0–1 Year Experience to join our team in Surat.
This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for candidates who have excellent English communication skills, a technical mindset, and a strong interest in the Solar & Renewable Energy industry.

Experience: Fresher to 1 Year Preferred

Salary: ₹15,000/- per month

About the Role
The candidate will support the Business Development team in identifying potential business opportunities, generating and managing leads, communicating with prospective clients, understanding client requirements, preparing proposals, and coordinating with internal technical teams.
The role is suitable for a candidate who is confident in communication, willing to learn technical solar solutions, comfortable with client interaction, and interested in developing a long-term career in Business Development and Technical Sales.





Key Responsibilities
Generate and identify new business leads through calls, emails, online research, references, and other channels.
Research potential B2B clients in the solar and renewable energy sector.
Connect with prospective clients through calls, emails, WhatsApp, online meetings, and other professional communication channels.
Communicate professionally with clients in English and understand their basic requirements.
Assist the Business Development team in preparing and sharing proposals, quotations, presentations, and other business documents.
Understand basic solar products, systems, applications, and technical specifications with proper training and guidance.
Coordinate with the technical/design team to understand and communicate suitable solutions to clients.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and update lead status.
Maintain accurate records of leads, client conversations, follow-ups, meetings,
