Role Overview
We are recruiting an organized Apparel Merchandiser to drive the commercial pipeline from sample development through final shipment. You will act as the key liaison between design, buyers, vendors, and production management to ensure order fulfillment on budget and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities
* Order & Production Tracking: Oversee time-and-action (T&A;) calendars for all style lines, monitoring fabric sourcing, sampling, cutting, sewing, and finishing schedules.
* Costing & Bill of Materials (BOM): Calculate garment costing, prepare accurate BOM sheets, and negotiate fabric/trim pricing to meet target profit margins.
* Sample Approvals Management: Coordinate approval cycles for fit samples, strike-offs, lab dips, and Pre-Production (PP) samples between design and buyers/production heads.
* Cross-Departmental Communication:



Maintain transparent daily communication across design studios, CAD units, fabric mills, production factories, and retail/e-commerce teams.
* Inventory & Sales Coordination: Analyze stock keeping unit (SKU) performance data with sales teams to forecast re-orders and minimize excess stock.

Key Qualifications
* Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Fashion Technology, or Business Administration.
* 3–6 years of experience in fashion merchandising (brand side, export house, or buying agency).
* Strong analytical, negotiation, and project management skills.
* High proficiency in MS Excel, ERP software, and supply chain tracking systems.
