About GVC.

Growth Valley Community is a global entrepreneurship programme where teenagers build real ventures: real inventory, real customers, real profit and loss. Our students run live businesses through TecTeenShop and are mentored by professionals and alumni from Harvard, MIT, Stanford and Columbia, supported by IITians. Today we stand at 1000+ students across 12 countries with roughly 95% retention, which is among the hardest numbers to earn in education.

Product-market fit is proven. Parents renew, students stay, and the transformation is visible in the room. What we have not yet built at scale is distribution: the systems, partnerships and engines that take this from X students to 100X. That is the frontier, and that is exactly where this role operates.

The role.

You sit beside the founder and function as a force multiplier. Not an assistant, not an analyst producing decks for other people to act on.



You take a mandate, own it end to end, and leave behind a running system. You will be in rooms most people wait years to enter: pricing calls, investor material reviews, partnership negotiations, hiring decisions. The compensation for that access is easy: everything you touch must move.

This is the highest-leverage seat in the company for someone who wants to compress five years of operator learning into one.

What you will actually own. These are live mandates, not hypotheticals:

Enrollment engine. Our enrollment function is being rebuilt from the ground up as a system: one shared pipeline, a daily operating cadence, written playbooks, zero dependence on any single person. You will build and run it, starting with the fastest lever we own, a referral programme into our 100s of existing families.
