Support the Marmon Legal Contracts Team in validating contract data, improving AI-driven contract management processes, developing contract playbooks, and conducting AI-assisted contract reviews with 4–7 years of experience in Law (Attorney/Paralegal) or Contract Management/Analytics.
Designation: Marmon Contract Data Validation & Playbook Development Analyst
Reporting to: Marmon Assistant General Counsel, Contracts
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 4–7 years in Law (Attorney or Corporate Paralegal) or Contract
Management/Analytics
Timing: Person needed ASAP for the next 9 to 12 months
Hours: Approx. 30 to 40 hours a week (likely 40 hours for next 9 months)
Essential Functions
Assist the Marmon Legal Contracts Team with:
Data Validation
Validate AI data pulls in existing Contract Management System related to:
review of existing contract abstracting (e.g., assessing term, termination, autorenewals and pricing changes)
recent contract abstracting
linking related documents (e.g., master service agreement and amendments thereto)
locating executed documents that have not been moved to repository
locating primary redline documents for playbook purposes
Playbook Authoring & Governance
Assist in development and review of playbooks and fallback positions for differing contract templates including crane group contracts, NDAs and consulting agreements by working closely with Marmon Contract team to assess existing templates agreements and utilize AI to pull external counsel redline content from existing CMS.
