Role & responsibilities

- Manage daily API production operations in compliance with cGMP, safety, and quality standards.

- Drive production planning, execution, and on-time product delivery.

- Lead technology transfer, scale-up, and process optimization for recent products.

- Ensure adherence to SOPs, BPRs, and QMS requirements, including deviations, CAPA, and change controls.

- Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, Warehouse, and EHS for smooth plant operations.

- Monitor production performance, yield, cost, and productivity while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

- Lead, train, and develop production teams to achieve operational excellence.

- Ensure audit readiness and compliance with regulatory, customer, and internal quality standards.
