Role

: Senior Manager – Tendering, Costing & Estimation (International Railway Projects)

Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end tendering, costing & estimation for international railway projects

- Review tenders, RFPs, BOQs, Specs, and EPC/FIDIC contracts

- Prepare technical and commercial bids; develop pricing and risk strategies

- Evaluate vendor/subcontractor/JV proposals and prepare comparative statements

- Coordinate with business, procurement, finance teams for preparation of technical and commercial bids

- Participate in pre-bid meetings and client/JV negotiations

Qualifications & Experience

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred





- 10 to 15 years overall comprehensive experience in preparing international technical and commercial bids for railway projects

- Sound understanding of EPC contracts, tender documents and project costing

- Sound knowledge of handling large tenders, project commercials and international contracts is must

- Robust background in BOQ, cost/quantity estimation, rate analysis, and bid pricing

- Familiarity with railway works (bridges, viaducts, tunnels, track, OHE, stations)

- Strong experience working with international railway EPC contractors preferable
