Job Summary and Mission

This position contributes to Starbucks success by:

Responsible for managing end-to-end IT operations across PAN India stores, ensuring seamless IT support for new store rollouts, renovations, and store decommissioning. The role ensures business continuity through proactive vendor management, asset lifecycle control, and issue resolutions to support smooth store operations.

Summary of Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to:

Recent Store Rollout / Renovation / Decommission

- Manage IT setup for new store openings, ensuring timely delivery of ISP links and backend configuration (Server, POS, Desktop).
- Oversee transportation, installation, and capacity planning of IT assets for new stores and BAU operations.
- Support store renovations including kiosk setup to ensure uninterrupted business.
- Coordinate ISP shutdown and service restart during renovation phases.
- Ensure IT readiness before renovation completion and smooth handover to project management and operations.
- Manage IT assets during store closures, ensuring safe retention of reusable assets and proper scrapping of end-of-life equipment.

PAN India Store IT Operations





- Lead IT operations for 433 stores PAN India in partnership with TCS and OEM vendors (POS, Printers, Network ISP).
- Handle escalations, resolve incidents, and drive problem management for permanent fixes.
- Monitor performance during critical business periods (offer/sale days) ensuring zero downtime.
- Execute governance with daily, weekly, and monthly vendor reviews.
- Manage store IT asset inventory through asset lifecycle management processes.

Asset Management & Transformation

- Own IT asset lifecycle processes including additions, deletions, tracking, and reconciliation.
- Support financial transformation activities including STO creation, GI, GRN, and FAR reconciliation.
- Implement asset management lifecycle in collaboration with EY & TCS, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.

Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology / computer science
- Preferred: Post-Graduate Diploma or MBA in IT
