- Accounts Reporting To: Director / CFO Salary - Rs 20.00 Lacs Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the Finance &
- Accounts team Finalization of books of accounts and preparation of monthly, quarterly & annual financial statements Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets &
- Bank Reconciliation Ensure statutory compliance including GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, Qualified Tax, etc. Coordinate with statutory, internal & tax auditors and regulatory authorities Prepare budgets, financial forecasts & cash flow projections Monitor working capital, fund utilization & profitability analysis Generate MIS reports and financial analysis for management decision-making Implement internal financial controls and accounting policies Ensure compliance with Companies Act, GST, Income Tax and other statutory regulations Liaise with banks for working capital, term loans and banking documentation Support ERP implementation and process improvement initiatives Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies Mentor and develop the Finance team Qualifications Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory 8–10 years of post-qualification experience in Finance &




- Accounts Experience in Manufacturing or Garment Export Industry preferred Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, Companies Act &
- Financial Reporting Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics or similar) and Advanced MS Excel Key Skills Financial Planning &
- Analysis (FP&A;) Budgeting &
- Forecasting Finalization of Accounts Taxation &
- Statutory Compliance Audit Management Cost Accounting &
- Cost Control Cash Flow Management MIS &
- Financial Reporting Internal Controls &
- Risk Management Leadership &
