Job Summary:

Salesforce Senior Support Engineer, for someone who will be responsible for resolving complex Salesforce platform issues, optimizing system performance, and providing technical guidance to other support and operational team members.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

10+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator with solid L1/L2 Support experience.

Hands-on experience in Salesforce Administration, including user management, profiles, roles, permission sets, workflows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and data management.

Proven experience in production support, incident management, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.

Experience in ServiceNow or ITSM ticketing tools and SLA management is preferred.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Mandatory Skills:





10+ years of experience in Salesforce Administration.

Hands-on experience in Salesforce Application Support (L1/L2/L3 Support) is mandatory.

Experience with incident management, user support, troubleshooting, and Salesforce configuration.
