Job Title: Java Backend Developer (Microservices & AWS)

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Java Backend Developer with strong experience in Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, and AWS. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of design thinking, be a self-starter, and be comfortable working as an Individual Contributor (IC) in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot

Build and manage Microservices-based architecture

Develop and consume RESTful APIs

Deploy and manage applications on AWS cloud environment

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Apply design thinking principles to solve complex problems

Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and scalability

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues effectively

Work independently and take ownership of end-to-end delivery

Required Skills & Qualifications

7–10 years of experience in Java development

Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Microservices

Experience in building and integrating RESTful APIs

Proficiency in AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.)

Good understanding of design patterns and design thinking

Ability to work as an Individual Contributor (IC)





Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Skills

Experience with DevOps tools / CI-CD pipelines

Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
