Role Overview

As a Sr. Executive – Production MIS , you will be responsible for maintaining complete visibility of the production lifecycle through accurate MIS, proactive T&A; tracking, and timely reporting. Your role will ensure production progress is monitored in real time, risks are identified early, and stakeholders have the information needed to make timely decisions.

This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with Production, Sourcing, and Merchandising teams.

Key Responsibilities

Production MIS Management

- Maintain and update production trackers for all active styles.
- Ensure production data is accurate, complete, and updated in real time.
- Maintain standardized MIS formats with proper version control.
- Ensure zero data gaps and complete reporting accuracy.

Time & Action (T&A;) Tracking

- Track every stage of production against approved T&A; timelines.
- Identify potential delays before production timelines are impacted.
- Flag at-risk styles and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure proactive monitoring to avoid production surprises.

Reporting & Analysis





- Prepare and share daily, weekly, and periodic production MIS reports.
- Highlight production status, key risks, pending actions, and delays.
- Ensure reports are consistent, accurate, and shared within defined timelines.
- Support management with production insights for effective decision-making.

Cross-Functional Co-ordination

- Coordinate closely with Production, Sourcing, Merchandising, and Planning teams.
- Follow up proactively to collect pending information and close reporting gaps.
- Ensure seamless communication across departments to support production timelines.
- Escalate delays and risks with clear impact and recommended actions.

Data Accuracy & Process Compliance

- Maintain 100% accuracy across all production trackers.
- Follow defined MIS formats, SOPs, and reporting standards.
- Ensure same-day updates for all production-related data.
- Continuously improve reporting processes and data quality.

Risk Management

- Identify production bottlenecks and operational risks proactively.
- Escalate issues before they impact production schedules.
- Ensure complete visibility of delays and dependencies across active styles.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Fashion Management,



or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Production MIS, Production Planning, Merchandising MIS, or Supply Chain Operations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, dashboards, charts, and reporting).
- Strong analytical and data management skills.
- Excellent follow-up, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- High ownership, attention to detail, and ability to work under deadlines.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in the Apparel, Fashion, Textile, Retail, or Manufacturing industry.
- Understanding of garment production processes and Time & Action (T&A;) planning.
- Experience working with Production, Merchandising, or Sourcing teams.
- Exposure to ERP systems and production planning tools is an added advantage.
