Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Production qualified to manage shop-floor operations, achieve production targets, improve productivity, and optimize manpower and resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute daily/monthly production targets.
- Ensure smooth production operations and effective line balancing.
- Monitor and improve production efficiency and productivity.
- Manage and allocate manpower as per production requirements.
- Drive process optimization and continuous improvement.
- Control rework, rejection and production losses.

Implement Lean
Manufacturing, 5S and Kaizen initiatives.
- Optimize utilization of manpower,
machines and other resources.
- Monitor and control overtime and production costs.
- Coordinate with Quality, Planning, Maintenance and other departments.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety and quality standards.
