We are hiring a Senior Engineer for residential real estate projects. Candidate must have strong experience in RCC work, finishing activities, site execution, quality control, contractor coordination, and project planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise site execution as per drawings & specifications
- Monitor RCC, finishing & structural work quality
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants & site team
- Ensure project progress as per timeline
- Check material quality and site safety compliance
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports
- Resolve technical/site execution issues
Requirements:
- B.E./Diploma Civil
- 5-8 years experience in residential real estate
- Robust knowledge of RCC, finishing & site management
- Good leadership and coordination skills
