Job Profile:
• To verify and scrutinize the quantities claimed by the contractor as per the drawings, attached measurement sheet and site visit.
• To verify the scope of work, rates and commercial terms and conditions mentioned in the Work order.
• Verify and finalize the built up Area in consultation with site billing engineer and SC & S dept.
• Demarcation of the executed area on drawing in case of several agencies is deployed at site in same work.
• Certification of the departmental labour bills as per the D.L.R. received from the site.
• Summarize non BOQ and BOQ work classified in DLR and prepare a debit note if it has not been attached by site.
• Intimate to seniors regarding excess departmental labours deployed at site.
