Alchemy IBS Private Limited is looking for an experienced business development professional who can build a strong sales pipeline, lead client conversations, and consistently close high-value business.
Responsibilities
• Identify and approach qualified prospects through LinkedIn, email, calls, referrals, networking, and partnerships
• Build relationships with founders, business owners, CXOs, marketing heads, and other decision-makers
• Conduct discovery calls to understand business challenges, budgets, timelines, and decision-making processes
• Position the right mix of marketing, technology, CRM, automation, AI, branding, and growth solutions
• Prepare and present customised proposals, pitch decks, quotations, and commercial plans
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closure
• Maintain a healthy pipeline and meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Follow up consistently without depending on constant supervision
• Coordinate with strategy, marketing, creative, and technology teams during solution planning




• Maintain accurate lead, opportunity, and revenue data.
• Identify upselling, cross-selling, partnership, and account expansion opportunities
• Represent Alchemy IBS at meetings, networking events, and industry forums
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in business development, B2B sales, agency sales, SaaS sales, IT sales, or consulting sales
• Proven experience in achieving sales or revenue targets
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, performance advertising, websites, software, CRM, automation, branding, or AI solutions
• Confidence in handling discovery calls, presentations, objections, negotiations, and closures
• Ability to understand business problems and recommend customised solutions
• Robust communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent follow-up discipline and pipeline management
• Ability to work independently and take complete ownership of outcomes
• Experience selling high
