In our first year, we crossed ₹50L+ in revenue on bootstrapped capital, fulfilled 7,000+ orders across 450+ SKUs, and sustained a 3× blended ROAS. We're now scaling our brand verticals — and paid acquisition is the engine.

About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Executive to plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and marketplace ad platforms. You'll own day-to-day campaign execution across our brand verticals, working closely with the Growth Marketing Manager to hit aggressive ROAS and order-volume targets.
This is a builder role in a bootstrapped, fast-moving startup — you'll get direct ownership of budgets and results, not just reporting duty.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution
Set up, launch,



and manage paid campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube)
Manage marketplace advertising (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads) for listed SKUs
Execute daily optimizations: budget pacing, bid adjustments, audience refinement, and creative rotation
Performance & Analytics
Track and report daily/weekly performance against ROAS, CAC, CTR, CVR, and AOV targets
Maintain campaign dashboards and share actionable insights with the growth team
Run structured A/B tests on creatives, audiences, landing pages, and offers
Creative & Funnel Collaboration
Brief the design/content team on ad creative requirements based on performance data
Identify winning hooks, formats, and angles; scale what works, kill what doesn't
Coordinate with the e-commerce team on landing pages, product pages, and conversion funnels
Growth Support
Assist with retention channels: WhatsApp ma
