We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with deep expertise in the Google Ads ecosystem to drive profitable customeracquisition and revenuegrowth. What You'll Do

Own end-to-end strategy,execution, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns.
Manage Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, DemandGen, and YouTube campaigns.
Scale campaigns while maintaining profitability and achieving revenue targets.
Conduct keywordresearch, search term analysis, audiencesegmentation, and bid optimization.
Optimize Google Merchant Center feeds and resolve product disapprovals.
Monitor and improve campaignperformance across ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, and Revenue.
Analyze data usingGA4 and LookerStudio to identifygrowth opportunities.
Ensure accuratetracking through Google Tag Manager,Enhanced Conversions,



and Google Ads conversion tracking.
Partner with creative, product,analytics, and development teams to improvelanding pages and conversion rates.
Conduct A/B testing across ads, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
Stay updated on Google's latestadvertising features and industry best practices.

What We're Looking For

4–7 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads for eCommerceor D2C brands.
Strong expertise in Search, Shopping,Performance Max, Display,and YouTube campaigns.
Experience managing significant monthly media budgets with a focus on profitable growth.
Strong understanding of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), GoogleTag Manager, and Google Merchant Center.
Excellent analytical skillswith proficiency in Excel/Google Sheetsand Looker Studio.
Experience with attribution, conversion tracking, audience strategy, and feed optimization.
Shopify experience is a robust advantage.
