Job Role :

This role is responsible for managing client expectations and collaborating with business, technology, operations, and regulatory stakeholders to deliver mortgage automation solutions that meet business objectives, customer requirements, and regulatory standards.The incumbent will lead multiple client engagements, ensuring strategic alignment, timely delivery,



and compliance with lending and mortgaging standards.

Key Requisites

Lead multiple mortgage automation platform projects independently from initiation to deployment, ensuring delivery of business value and adherence to scope, timelines, and budgets.
Serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders, operations teams, and IT development groups to define and document business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows.
Lead and support regulatory and compliance initiatives related to mortgage lending processes, ensuring adherence to industry regulations and internal governance standards.
Define business, functional, and system requirements by collaborating with business stakeholders, product owners, system owners, and technology teams.
Lead requirement workshops, document BRDs, FSDs, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
