About the Role
You will deliver end-to-end Dynamics 365 CE implementations — from requirements workshops to go-live — working as an active hands-on contributor within our project teams and alongside our European, US, and Asian clients. This is a client-facing, delivery-focused role that requires technical and functional expertise along with excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in full-cycle D365 CE implementations across Sales and Customer Service (Field Service and/or Marketing a plus)
Take part in requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into functional specifications
Configure and customise D365 CE: entities, forms, workflows, business rules, Power Automate flows, dashboards
Execute data migration plans and integration solutions as part of the project team
Provide functional guidance to clients and support them throughout pr
