We are seeking a highly motivated and engaged technology leader to serve as Associate Director for the Marriott Loyalty organization. This role provides leadership and oversight for a team of more than 75 professionals, including Senior Managers, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Engineers, supporting multiple applications that power Marriott’s Customer and Loyalty capabilities
