Job Description – Delivery Head
Location : Cochin or Trivandrum (Kerala)

Role Summary
The Delivery Head is responsible for leading and governing the end-to-end delivery portfolio across strategic regions.The Delivery Head will drive predictable, high-quality delivery outcomes while ensuring robust governance across financials, customer satisfaction, talent utilization, and operational efficiency. The role will also champion AI-led delivery governance, data-driven decision making, and scalable delivery practices aligned to transformation goals.

Key Responsibilities
Delivery & Customer Excellence
Own and govern delivery execution across the assigned regional portfolio (APAC+ME+Europe+Rest of Americas).
Drive strong delivery discipline and governance across project lifecycles.
Ensure delivery teams consistently meet customer commitments and contractual obligations.
Drive Industry aligned and AI-enabled delivery best practices, metrics, and governance frameworks across regions.
Ensure effective program reviews and leadership reporting cadence




Establish proactive escalation management and issue resolution mechanisms.
Improve customer confidence through predictable execution and transparent governance.
Business & Financial Accountability
Own portfolio financial performance including:
Revenue
Gross Margin (GM)
Resource Utilization Index (RUI)
Revenue Per Employee (RPE)
Cost Per Employee (CPE)
Drive operational efficiency and productivity improvements across engagements.
Ensure accurate forecasting, financial planning, and margin governance with high diligence.
Identify risks and opportunities early and take corrective actions proactively.
Drive delivery plans of high value proposals working with practices and regional teams
Customer Satisfaction & Stakeholder Management
Drive strong customer relationships across regions and accounts.
Own and improve CSAT and ESAT
Partner closely with account leadership, consulting, engineering, and practice teams to ensure account growth
