Product Vision & Roadmap

Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to co-develop and own the multi-year product vision and roadmap for Forecasting & Deal Management.
Translate company strategy, market trends, and customer insights into a coherent,



prioritized product strategy that balances near-term delivery with long-term platform investment.
Synthesize competitive dynamics and customer research into clear product narratives that align engineering, design, sales, and executive stakeholders around a shared direction.
Define and own success metrics for the product area, tracking progress and communicating results to leadership on a regular cadence.

AI-Powered Product Development

Drive the integration of AI and machine learning capabilities into the customer-facing product roadmap.
Champion the adoption of AI tools and workflows within the PM team itself: from research synthesis and spec generation to roadmap analysis and decision-making, bringing AI into how PMs do their work every day.
Partner with data science, ML engineering, and design to build a coherent AI product development process from ideation through experimentation and launch.
