Position Summary
Pinnacle FutureBuild Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Accounts Manager to manage contract administration and accounts receivable functions.




The incumbent will be responsible for contract tracking, invoice generation, receivables management, customer coordination, commercial documentation, and ensuring timely recovery of payments in accordance with contractual terms. The role requires close collaboration with Project, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and Business teams to ensure productive contract execution and financial compliance.
Key Responsibilities

Contract Management
Draft, review, evaluate, and administer contracts, work orders, amendments, and commercial agreements.
Maintain accurate records of all contract documents, terms, milestones, payment schedules, and deliverables.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, company policies, and statutory requirements.
Identify contractual, commercial, operational, and financial risks and recommend mitigation measures.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to facilitate contract execution and closure.
