We're looking for a Marketing Strategist who can own our brand, build founder-led personal brands, and create growth strategies that generate awareness, trust, and qualified opportunities.

Role Overview

This is a strategy-first role. You won't just manage social media—you'll define how Envizn Labs is perceived in the market.
You'll be responsible for developing our brand positioning, building founder personal brands, creating content strategies, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring every marketing initiative contributes to long-term business growth.
This role combines brand strategy, content marketing, growth marketing, market research, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy

Develop and execute Envizn Labs' long-term brand strategy.
Define positioning,



messaging, and brand voice across all channels.
Ensure consistency across the website, social media, presentations, proposals, and marketing assets.
Identify opportunities to strengthen brand perception and authority.

Personal Brand Strategy

Build and grow the personal brands of company founders and leadership.
Develop content calendars for LinkedIn, X, YouTube, newsletters, blogs, and other platforms.
Research industry trends and convert insights into high-value thought leadership content.
Create campaigns that position leadership as experts in AI, digital transformation, product design, and technology.

Content Strategy

Plan content across blogs, case studies, videos, newsletters, podcasts, webinars, and social media.
Collaborate with designers, writers, and video editors to produce high-quality content.
Build content funnels that move audiences from awareness to qualified leads.
